Communication is key. I need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, I will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.
Massage is a tool to help heal, and I will always leave you with techniques to do at home to help lengthen what we do in session, and to try eliminating the pain cycles happening within your body in your regular day to day. Whether it's stress, illness or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of massage can be life changing. I would be honored to take that journey with you.
Each massage therapy session will include a thorough assessment, along with the most appropriate treatment modalities for the primary complaint. These may include Deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, Swedish massage, joint mobilizations, Trigger point release, stretching, NMT, cupping and therapeutic exercises for home care. There are no add-on surprise charges.

Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of a technique commonly used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In contrast to traditional massage which uses compression techniques which press down the tissue, Cupping Therapy uses suction of the tissue.
This technique uses glass, plastic or rubber cups from which air is evacuated to create a suction to the skin that is lifted into the cup. The cups are then moved in a sliding motion across the body’s surface to engage more tissue. The cups can also be left on certain areas of tensions with range of motion of the proximal or distal joints to aid in myofascial release or restricted range of motion, depending on your tissues needs.
